• Fixed a bug where call() on an external service would be missing the full URL, causing invalid response or hang

Zowe CLI and related components contain the following bug fixes:

Zowe CLI (Core)

• Fixed missing help text for zos-files upload dir-to-uss command.
• Updated Imperative to absorb the bug fixes listed below.

Imperative CLI Framework

• Removed some extraneous dependencies. (#477)
• Added ANSI escape codes trimming for the webhelp. (#704)
• Fixed AbstractRestClient not converting LF line endings to CRLF for every line when downloading large files on Windows. (zowe/zowe-cli#1458)
• Fixed zowe --version --rfj including a trailing newline in the version field. (#842)
• Updated cli-table3 dependency for performance improvements.

Db2 Plug-in for Zowe CLI

• Updated ibm_db dependency to be compatible with Node.js 18.
• Updated ibm_db to allow the plug-in to install on M1 Macs.
